Can I change my reservation?

If you need to change your reservation including adjusting the number of travelers, the date of departure or canceling the process depends on how you booked:
If you booked through GetYourGuide you will need to contact them directly as we do not have the ability to access their system to make updates.
If you booked through Viator you will need to contact them directly as we do not have the ability to access their system to make updates.
If you have booked directly through our website you can simply send us an email and we will make the updates for you.
